Membership fees
Once an activation PIN has been used and the card activated, the membership fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where FSI is unable to provide the service.
Unused PINs
Unused activation PINs may be cancelled and refunded by the issuing representative or FSI support on request, subject to verification.
Effect of refunds
When a card payment is refunded, the card is cancelled (or the renewal period removed) and any commissions generated from that payment are reversed from the beneficiaries' wallets.
