Information we collect
Name, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, address, membership and transaction details, appointment information and medical reports uploaded by your healthcare providers. Aadhaar is collected only where legally required and is stored encrypted.
How we use it
To provide your membership, verify your card, enable bookings, deliver reports, calculate commissions and rewards, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Medical information is shared only with the hospitals and doctors involved in your care. Directory contact numbers are shown only for providers.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS; passwords and PINs are hashed; sensitive fields are encrypted; medical reports are stored privately with access logging.
Your rights
You may access and correct your profile, withdraw consent or request account deactivation by contacting support, subject to records we must retain by law.
