FSI Health Card is a digital healthcare membership. It gives you a QR-verified health card, access to a verified network of hospitals and doctors, online appointment booking, a secure medical report locker and a referral earning programme.
The Standard card costs ₹299 and the Gold card ₹599 for the first year, inclusive of applicable taxes. Renewal is ₹100 per year.
Register for free, obtain an activation PIN from your FSI representative or our support team, and enter it on the "My Health Card" page. Your card is activated instantly.
Each card is valid for one year from activation. You can renew any time — the new year is added from your current expiry date.
Your card shows as expired and booking may be restricted. Renew with a renewal PIN to reactivate it — your history and records are preserved.
No. FSI Health Card is a membership that provides access to a healthcare network and digital services. It is not a health insurance policy and does not cover hospital bills unless a partner hospital separately offers a benefit.
Appointments & reports
Search for a doctor, open their profile, choose a date and an available time slot, and submit. You receive a booking reference and the hospital confirms it.
Yes. From "Appointments" in your dashboard you can cancel or send a reschedule request to the hospital.
Only you, the hospital that uploaded them, and doctors treating you. Reports are stored privately — never on public links — and every view and download is logged.
Wallet & earnings
Share your referral link. When someone joins through you and buys a card, you earn 20%. You also earn on five further levels of your team (3%, 2%, 1%, 1%, 1%) and 10% when your direct referrals renew.
Commission is credited to your FSI wallet once the card purchase is successfully paid and activated. If a payment is refunded, the related commission is reversed.
Set a 6-digit transaction PIN, enter the recipient's Member ID and amount, review the details and confirm with your PIN. Both wallets update instantly with a transaction reference.
Rewards unlock when the total number of paid and activated cards across your team reaches each milestone — from 100 cards for a self reward up to 1 crore cards for a 3-BHK house. Claims are verified before delivery.
Account & security
Contact FSI support or your administrator with your registered mobile number and Member ID. They will issue a temporary password, which you must change at your next login.
Yes. Passwords and PINs are securely hashed, sensitive data is encrypted, the site runs over HTTPS and access to medical data is role-restricted and audited.
